As the demand for customer specific products increased, the management decided to set up another company named as A D Precision Forgings Pvt Ltd, to specialize in exclusive products including Under Bracket for TFF Suspension of two wheelers. The Plant is equipped with Liqiud Paint Shop with SCADA Control.

The Second Plant of A.D.Precision Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is in Prithla, Haryana, has in-house cold and hot forging facilities to make Standard fasteners, High Tensile Fasteners, Special fasteners and Special Forming Parts. The plant has all the facilities under one roof like Gas Fired Continuous Heat Treatment Plant with SCADA control, Fully Automatic Alkaline Zinc Plating Plant with SCADA control and Wire Drawing cum Annealing and Normalizing facilities.

It employs innovative, futuristic and cost effective process to manufacture good quality products like: All type of Fasteners-Hex Head , Button Head, Socket Head, Pan Head Screw , Flange, SH,NSHF,T- Head Bolt, Torx ,SS Parts & Special Fasteners as Cam Brake , Pin Brake Shoe Anchor, Stud, Nut with grade from 4,8 to 12.9 and product range M4 to M25 in length of 4mm to 300mm.

The Plant has operates in separate set-ups for cold and hot forging ;The set up for cold forging consists of multi station bolt makers, multi station part formers, Multi station Nut Formers and long length Headers;The set up for hot forging consists of power presses up to 1600 tons to make intricate forgings of weights up to 5 Kgs.
